Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders and a cover of a gear belt.
2. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step.
3. Pressing platens and коромысла to a head of cylinders, turn away 5 bolts, remove washers and get platens with коромыслами. At dismantling check up a condition of all details, sphericity of heads of screws and cleanliness of channels.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is carried out upside-down. Keep in mind, that коромысла inlet and final valves are marked by letters I and E accordingly. Bolts tighten in regular intervals with the moment 37 Н.м. Adjust valves.
