Removal

| 2. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders and the top cover of a belt. |
| 3. Expose the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step. |
| 4. Remove коромысла with platens (subsection 3.4.13). |
| 5. Remove a cam-shaft and check up its condition and axial люфт. |

Installation

| 1. Installation is carried out upside-down. |
| 2. At assemblage grease cam-shaft necks. |
| 3. Tighten bolts of covers with the moment 20 Н.м. |
| 4. Replace a cam-shaft epiploon, запрессовав оправкой. |
| 5. Tighten a bolt of an asterisk of a cam-shaft with the moment 70 Н.м. |
| 6. Establish a belt and adjust a tension by the technique described above. |

Removal

| 2. Remove the ignition distributor. |
| 3. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders. |
| 4. Remove коромысла with platens. |
| 5. Remove an asterisk of a cam-shaft with a chain, fix a chain a wire on an asterisk and establish on the bottom racks. |
| 6. Turn away bolts and remove a cover of a back basic neck. |
|
7. Remove a cam-shaft and check up its condition.

Installation

| 2. At assemblage grease cam-shaft necks. |
| 3. Before installation grease an external surface of a back epiploon. |
| 4. Tighten bolts of covers with the moment 20 Н.м. |

| 7. Remove transitive section of the distributor of ignition and a ring. |
| 8. Having wrung out pushers adaptation MD998443-01, remove коромысла with platens (subsection 3.4.13 see). |
| 9. Remove a cam-shaft and check up its condition. |

| 2. At assemblage grease cam-shaft necks. |
| 3. Before installation grease an external surface of a back epiploon. |
| 4. Tighten bolts and nuts with the specified moments. |
| 5. At installation сориентируйте platens and коромысла on arrows. |
| 6. At запрессовке a back epiploon enclose under оправку a washer in the thickness of 1,3-1,5 mm. |
| 7. A cover of a head of cylinders grease with hermetic 3М ATD 8660 in the specified places. |

Removal

| 2. Remove a gear belt. |

| 5. Remove covers of basic necks as it should be forward-back-N2-N-N3. |

| 4. Covers 2, 3, 4 establish so that labels on them have coincided with labels on a head of cylinders. Tighten bolts in 2–3 stages. |
| 5. Replace all linings and уплотнители. |
