Hydropushers are made with high accuracy, hit of a dust and a dirt on them is not supposed.

1. The high pressure chamber.



1. Wring out a valve spring.
2. Remove коромысло.
3. Get a hydropusher.
4. Replace a pusher and establish details upside-down.

Rocking check коромысла on a hydropusher (except engines 3,5)

At sonorous knocks of pushers after engine start-up, or at the steady knocks accompanying work of the engine, execute the following.

1. Check up level of oil and its condition, if necessary replace oil. It is connected by that knocks can be caused air which has got to channels of pushers because of strong infringement of level of oil, or its foaming.
2. Air can be removed from pushers repeated slow (during 30 сек) increase of turns to 3000 rpm (knocks gradually should disappear). Avoid long parking of the car with the idle engine, or parkings on slopes.

3. If to remove air in the specified way it is not possible, execute the following (on all engines):

  – Expose the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step;
  – Press on коромысла specified by a light arrow, having chosen люфт between a valve end face;
  – Turn коленвал on 360 and press on коромысла specified by a dark arrow, having chosen люфт between a valve end face;
  – Press on коромысла in a place directly over a pusher. If in a pusher it is felt люфт a pusher replace, having removed from it air, and repeat check. Люфт at rocking коромысла to be felt should not.

At absence люфта in pushers knock is caused by other reason.

Air removal

1. Ship a pusher in pure diesel fuel.
2. Press a wire of 4-5 times a ball, having removed air.
3. Press on плунжер. If the big resistance a pusher in a normal condition, otherwise repeat prorolling is felt. If air to remove it is not possible, a pusher replace. After the termination store a pusher in working position.
4. Check up tightness of a hydropusher on device MD998440. For this purpose measure time demanded for a course плунжера on 1 mm, beginning from its displacement on 0,2–0,5 mm. This time should be 4–20 with. Otherwise a hydropusher replace.
