6. The power supply system

6.1. Introduction

THE GENERAL DATA

The power supply system includes the rotational fuel pump of a high pressure (ТНВД) which is put in action by a belt of a drive of a camshaft, atomizers, турбокомпрессор, the fuel filter with топливоподкачивающим the pump, топливопроводы and starting candles. On cars with engines 4D56 capacity of 95 h.p. and 4D56Т, besides, establishes a vozduho-air cooler.

About 1991 modelling years on cars with engines 4D56Т the system of the accelerated prestarting heating is established.

The air filter of mark Mitsubishi.

The fuel tank is stamped from a steel sheet and established in a back part of the car.

Capacity, l:

  – короткобазный двухдверный the car: 60 (till 1991) and 75 (after 1991);
  – длиннобазный четырехдверный the car: 92.

The fuel pump of a high pressure of type of mark Diesel Kiki is supplied всережимным by a regulator of number of turns and a hydraulic regulator of an advancing of injection.

Increasing the weight quantity of air arriving in cylinders, турбокомпрессор promotes more effective combustion of the increased dose of fuel at the expense of what capacity of the engine raises at moderate thermal intensity.

On the engine 4D56 capacity of 95 h.p. and 4D56Т soaked up air is cooled by a vozduho-air cooler.

Since May, 1991 the engine 4D56 is completed new турбокомпрессором with higher performance data which, in particular, have been provided at the expense of increase in length of the inlet pipeline and change of geometry of a final path.

Pressure of pressurisation, kgs/sm2:

  – The engine 4D56 capacity of 95 h.p.: 0,78;
  – The engine 4D56Т: 0,82.

Air cooling in the heat exchanger is provided with the electrofan, inclusion and which deenergizing is carried out by the gauge of inclusion of the electrofan of the cooler, established on the cooler case.

Since May, 1991 the useful area of a cooler of the engine 4D56Т is increased by 25 % in comparison with a cooler, established on cars with the engine 4D56 capacity of 95 h.p.

The gauge of inclusion of the electrofan of the heat exchanger works at temperature more than 50 ° With.
