The electric scheme of system of the accelerated prestarting heating of the engine 1D56T

1. Be convinced, that pressure in the storage battery is in limits 11–13 Century
2. Be convinced, that temperature of a cooling liquid not above 20 With.

The prevention

At more heat of a cooling liquid disconnect колодку from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.

3. Measure electric resistance between an electrode and the case ("weight") of a starting candle.
4. Resistance should be in limits 0,05–0,07 Ohm at the surrounding temperature 5–35 With.

The prevention

The measured resistance of one starting candle is equivalent to parallel resistance of all four starting candles.

5. Measure resistance between a conclusion "G" the relay of deenergizing of starting candles (1, 2) and an electrode of a starting candle.
6. Resistance should be in limits 0,14–0,16 Ohm.

The prevention

Before resistance measurement be convinced, that "G" the relay is not brought to a conclusion pressure of the storage battery.

7. Attach the voltmeter to an electrode of a starting candle and the case of a starting candle and measure pressure right after ignition key installations in position "ON" (the prestarting heating is included) without starter inclusion.
8. Approximately through 2–4 about pressure it should be established within 9–11 Century

The prevention

Time necessary for a voltage reduction, varies depending on temperature of starting candles and brought pressure.

9. Measure pressure during start-up of the engine which than 4 Century should be not less
10. Start the engine and measure pressure during warming up of the engine which should be within 5–8 Century

11. When the cooling liquid will get warm to temperature 30 With and more or if from the moment of engine start-up has passed 30 with, pressure should decrease to 0 Century
