6.11. Check of pressure of pressurisation

THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

Check of pressure of pressurisation should be made by two checking in such place where car dispersal is possible at the pedal of an accelerator pressed to the full. Pressure on a manometre should be read out checking, sitting on the right forward seat.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a hose from the proof-reader of giving of fuel on pressure of pressurisation ТНВД, through a tee attach a control manometre and transfer it to car salon.

2. Disperse the car on II transfer at the pedal of an accelerator pressed to the full and at frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft about 3000 rpm check up on a manometre pressure of pressurisation which should correspond to the values resulted in subsection 6.1.
3. If the received value less demanded, the reasons of it can be malfunction of a regulator of pressurisation, негерметичность air pipes and hoses турбокомпрессора and work infringement турбокомпрессора.
4. If the received value more normal, following malfunctions in system of regulation of pressurisation are possible:

  – A detachment or damage of a vacuum hose of a pneumodrive of a regulator of pressurisation;
  – Malfunction of a regulator of pressurisation;
  – Malfunction of the valve of pressure of pressurisation.
