Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect and remove the storage battery.
2. On cars with the engines equipped with a vozduho-air cooler, remove a cooler, as set forth below. Remove two lateral теплоизоляционных a guard.
3. Disconnect a hose from a pneumodrive of a regulator of pressurisation.
4. Disconnect a hose from the proof-reader of giving of fuel on pressure of pressurisation.
5. Remove top теплоизоляционный a guard.
6. Remove a pneumodrive of a regulator of pressurisation.
7. Remove an inlet collector.
8. Disconnect from турбокомпрессора bringing маслопровод.
9. Disconnect from турбокомпрессора a pipe of a supply of the fulfilled gases.
10. Remove from a final collector теплоизоляционный a guard.
11. Turn away three bolts of fastening турбокомпрессора to a final collector.
12. Disconnect from a branch pipe of the pump a hose of tap of oil.
13. Remove турбокомпрессор.
14. Remove a final collector with a lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation турбокомпрессора is made in an order, the return to removal, with replacement of all linings new and with observance of the provided moments of an inhaling.
2. After installation турбокомпрессора execute following operations:

  – Check up work of a pneumodrive of a regulator of pressurisation;
  – Disconnect from a pneumodrive a vacuum hose and attach to a branch pipe of a pneumodrive the union of a hose of the manual vacuum pump with a manometre.
3. Creating the pump pressure, define on a manometre pressure at which the rod of a drive of a regulator of pressurisation will move approximately on 1 mm.
4. Manometre indications should correspond to value of pressure of pressurisation.
5. If the received value differs from normal a little, check up a regulator of pressurisation and the valve of pressure of pressurisation and if necessary replace them.

The prevention

On the engine 4D56Т to avoid damage of a diaphragm of a pneumodrive, do not create superfluous pressure more than 0,9 kgs/sm2.


7. Check up oil level in картере the engine.
8. Disconnect wires from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine on ТНВД and, scrolling the engine a starter, pump over greasing system until the control lamp of pressure of oil will go out.
9. Attach wires to the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine, start the engine and allow to work some time to be convinced of its normal work.
