| 8. Remove the top facing of a radiator, a radiator and the bottom facing of a radiator. If automatic transmission is established, before radiator removal disconnect hoses of an oil radiator. 9. Disconnect from the engine a cable plait. All other cables disconnect from the engine as follows: on the left side of the engine disconnect a wire of weight of the engine and a starter cable; disconnect wires from the fuel pump of a high pressure (it is specified by an arrow) and candles накаливания (sockets are specified by an arrow). |
| 10. If the conditioner is established, disconnect a cable of the temperature switch (near to a water drain stopper) and disconnect a socket electromagnetic муфты. |

| 13. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the hydraulic booster of brake system. |
| 14. Disconnect hoses of a heater from connection places on a partition of a motor compartment. |
| 15. Turn on under the car the protective pallet of a distributing box. Substitute one vessel under a transmission, and the second under a distributing box and turn out both маслосливные stoppers. Completely merge oil and again turn a stopper. The moment of an inhaling of stoppers from 30 to 35 Н m. |
| 16. Turn on фланцевые fastenings back and forward карданных shaft. |
| 17. If on the engine it is established тросовая лебедка, remove a power shaft, шплинт and a switching cable. |
| 18. Turn away a flange of a forward pipe of the muffler from a final collector. |
| 19. Disconnect the flexible platen of a speedometer, a wire of the switch of lanterns of a backing and a plait of wires of a control lamp of a drive on all wheels. |
| 20. Turn away the executive cylinder of a drive of coupling from a transmission, not disconnecting hoses. Fix the cylinder a wire from the bottom party of the car, thus do not suppose a hose tension. |
| 21. Remove a cross-section beam of the engine. At first turn away engine mount bolts, and then turn away the bottom bolts of fastening of a cross-section beam. Thus it is necessary to prop up in appropriate way the engine and a transmission, differently after clearing of a cross-section beam the back party will fall. Turn away a plate. |

22. Raise a transmission and a distributing box a roller jack and remove скобу suspension brackets and a rubber support of a distributing box. After that turn away a lateral plate. | 29. After removal of the power unit the transmission can be separated from the engine. For this purpose remove a starter and turn away the bolts connecting a transmission with the engine. Take away a transmission from the engine in horizontal position, not loading box weight its primary shaft as it can be damaged or will drive a conducted disk of coupling. |
| 30. Before installation of the engine and a transmission check up all engine mounts. Rubber support with cracks and other damages should be replaced. The same concerns and soft support of the engine. |
| 31. Check up absence of damages, cracks and impulses of fuel hoses, hoses of a heater and water hoses. In most cases damages are observed in places under collars of fastening which often are very badly appreciable, even when the collar acts in film. |

| 35. Lower the engine with a transmission in a motor compartment, establish support of the engine and lower weight of the power unit on engine support. Bolts tighten till the ordered moment of an inhaling. |
| 36. Connect forward and back карданные shaft. |
| 37. Fill in in a transmission and in a distributing box the ordered quantity of oil. Refuelling capacities are resulted in tables of adjustments and the sizes. It is necessary to consider, that at presence лебедки in a distributing box it should be filled in more oils. |
| 38. Connect conditioner hoses. After work it is necessary to put the conditioner under pressure. |
| 39. Establish a radiator and fill in cooling liquid. |
| 40. Connect pressure head and returnable hoses of hydraulic system of a steering and remove air from system. |
| 41. Connect and adjust a gas cable. |
| 42. Put a cowl of a motor compartment, having exposed loops on made at removal by a pencil to labels, and tighten bolts of loops. Check up, how the cowl of a motor compartment is closed. |
| 43. At connection of a forward pipe of the muffler to a final collector replace a lining. |
| 44. After engine installation fill in in it the ordered quantity of oil. Start the engine and check up absence of leaks of a cooling liquid, fuel and oil. |
