For providing of access to valves it is necessary to perform preliminary works. It concerns mainly removal of the top protective casing of a gear belt and a cover of a head of cylinders. Exposed value of backlashes of inlet and final valves makes 0,25 mm.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Turn away the top protective casing of a gear belt. The casing fastens four bolts on the forward party. Pull out a casing forward and drag under a water hose. |
| 2. Disconnect from a cover of a head of cylinders a ventilation hose картера the engine and a pressure head hose наддувного обогатителя from the fuel pump of a high pressure. |
| 3. Release a cable of gas from a clip on a cover of a head of cylinders and will put it aside, not bending. |
| 4. Turn away bolts of a cover of a head of cylinders and remove a cover. The semicircular sealing insert from the back party of a head of cylinders thus should not drop out. |
| 5. Turn a cranked shaft before installation of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point. Thus should coincide a label on a gear pulley of a camshaft and a triangular label on the top part of the case газораспределительного the mechanism, as is shown in fig. label Position on a gear pulley of a camshaft. |
| 6. At this position of the engine adjust backlashes of following valves: inlet and final valves of the first cylinder, the inlet valve of the second cylinder, the final valve of the third cylinder. |
| 7. After that turn the engine on one turn and adjust backlashes of following valves: the final valve of the second cylinder, the inlet valve of the third cylinder, inlet and final valves of the fourth cylinder. At adjustment use накидным a key, a screw-driver or щупом a corresponding thickness. Put tools, as is shown in fig. Adjustment of backlashes of valves on the diesel engine. Valves on the diesel engine are located, since the party with a water hose, in a following order: the final valve, the inlet valve and further in the same order to the fourth cylinder. |
