| 3. Remove coupling. For this purpose in appropriate way block a flywheel. Make blow of a core a label on a flywheel and on coupling to provide installation of details in former position at their repeated installation. In regular intervals on a circle release coupling bolts before them definitively to turn on. |
| 4. Ослабьте bolts of fastening of the generator of an alternating current also remove приводной клиновой a belt. After that remove the generator. Turn on also from the block of cylinders the device of a tension of a belt. |

5. Remove приводной a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering. For this purpose turn away a bolt shown in drawing, and a bolt of adjusting draught and remove a belt. |

6. Remove приводной a belt of the compressor of the conditioner (In – on diesel engines). For this purpose ослабьте nuts of a tension roller so that it was possible to remove приводной a belt. Turn away fastening of a belt pulley in the complete set.

| 7. Turn on from the forward party of the engine the fan of a radiator and вязкостную муфту, and also a belt pulley of the water pump. |
| 8. Remove the top half of cover of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism together with a lining. |
| 9. Turn away two bolts of a cover of a head of cylinders and remove a lining, and also semicircular consolidation from a cover or from a head of cylinders. |
| 10. Keeping a cranked shaft from проворачивания, ослабьте a bolt of a belt pulley of a cranked shaft. Remove a belt pulley. For this purpose rest from opposite sides under a belt pulley two mounts. Do not damage thus a detail. |
| 11. Turn away the bottom half of cover of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism and remove linings from the left and right parties. |
| 12. Turn the engine before installation of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point. For check of correctness of installation of a cranked shaft undertake big and index fingers for both коромысла the first cylinder and shake them every which way. If both коромысла have backlashes the cranked shaft is exposed correctly. Thus labels on the engine occupy the position shown on fig. the Exhibition of labels of phases газораспределения on the diesel engine. |
| 13. Put a chalk a movement direction on the back party of a gear belt, and also приводного a belt of compensatory shaft if belts are repeatedly established. |
| 14. Ослабьте both bolts also wring out a screw-driver a tension roller of a gear belt to the water pump (fig. Removal of a gear belt see). As soon as a belt ослабнет, tighten a nut that the tension roller could not come back in initial position. |
| 15. Remove a gear belt and приводной a belt from gear pulleys. After that the engine it is impossible to turn to отворачивания heads of cylinders. Both belts store in the protected place that on them oil or greasing has not got. Do not bend belts. |
| 16. Remove from a head of cylinders a shaft коромысел. |
| 17. Turn away a cover of bearings of a camshaft and pull out a camshaft from a head of cylinders. Covers of bearings sit on aligning pins. Strong sat down cover can be shifted easy blows by a rubber hammer. If it is required, remove a gear pulley of a camshaft. |
| 18. Turn away bolts of a head of cylinders for some passes to the sequence specified in fig. Sequence отворачивания of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders. For отворачивания bolts the special head of a key is used. If it is required, separate a head of cylinders a plastic or rubber hammer. At all do not insert between a head of cylinders and the block of cylinders a screw-driver for отжатия a head from the block. |
| 19. Remove and will throw out a lining of a head of cylinders, irrespective of appearance of a lining. At once clear a surface of a head of cylinders of the consolidation rests. |
| 20. Turn on oil картер. |
| 21. Remove the forward case, шарнирные shaft and the oil pump as follows. |
| 22. Turn away the forward top case and remove a lining. At once выпрессуйте an epiploon from the back party of the top case. Pull out the left compensatory shaft. |
| 23. Turn out заглушку from the forward bottom case and insert into an aperture a screw-driver with diameter of a core 8 mm, thereby having blocked a compensatory shaft from проворачивания. |
| 24. Turn away a fastening bolt приводной gear wheels of a compensatory shaft. If the shaft is in position it is kept from проворачивания and the bolt is thus released. Wring out a belt pulley from a shaft, having rested with opposite sides two mounts. |
| 25. Turn away bolts and remove the bottom case. It is necessary to turn away seven bolts. |
| 26. Disassemble the bottom case (fig. the Bottom case see). The oil pump, a belt pulley of a compensatory shaft and both epiploons Here join. Turn away filtering grid маслозаборной tubes from the bottom part картера the engine. If both gear wheels of the oil pump act in film, it is necessary before вытаскиванием to put labels on them a core to provide their subsequent installation in former position. Linings can be thrown out at once as they are subject to replacement. For removal приводной gear wheels of the oil pump it is possible to turn away a cover of a belt pulley of a compensatory shaft. |
| 27. Turn on a special key the oil filter with a side on a head of cylinders. If the special key is not available, it is possible to tyre out in the oil filter sideways a screw-driver and by means of it as the lever to turn on the filter. |
| 28. All other works are carried out the same as and on petrol engines. Pay attention to position of covers of radical bearings as one of them have lubricant flutes whereas others have no them. |
| 29. Both extreme loose leaves have lubricant flutes, but it is necessary замаркировать their position (in картере the engine or on loose leaves of bearings). |
