3.5.12. Removal of the bottom protective casing of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top protective casing of a gear belt (four bolts).

2. Ослабьте клиновой a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering also remove клиновой a belt.

3. Ослабьте клиновой a belt of a drive of the generator also remove клиновой a belt.

4. After отворачивания bolts remove крыльчатку the fan with вязкостной муфтой together with a belt pulley.

5. Include transfer, tighten a manual brake and turn on and remove a belt pulley of a cranked shaft.

6. Turn away bolts of fastening of the bottom protective casing of a gear belt and remove a casing.

7. Installation is made in return sequence. Bolts of fastening of a casing and муфты the fan are tightened by the moment of an inhaling 10–12 Н m. the Big bolt of a belt pulley tighten the moment 170–190 Н m. Establish and pull клиновые belts of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and the generator.
