In the resulted drawings the drive on the engine without compensatory shaft is presented. In the below-mentioned description the gear belt of a drive of compensatory shaft will be called as a belt "In". At the description a starting point is that all details of a drive of the mechanism газораспределения are removed and should be established.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on the end of a cranked shaft a gear pulley.
2. Put the remote plug. The oblique party should be turned to a compensatory shaft. Wrong installation can become the reason of damage of a gear belt.
3. Put both приводные gear wheels on corresponding shaft and tighten a bolt on one shaft and the nut on other to a shaft the moment of an inhaling 34–40 Н Thus shaft is necessary for keeping m. from проворачивания. For this purpose turn out on the right side заглушку and insert a screw-driver, and on the left side turn away a cover and insert a metal core.
4. Establish a tension roller of a gear belt "In", a spring of the tension device and the remote plug. Impose a washer and manually tighten a nut.
5. Impose a gear belt "In" (fig. Imposing of the bottom gear belt (a belt see "In")). Combine labels on a gear pulley of a cranked shaft with labels on both приводных gear wheels of compensatory shaft. Impose a gear belt, thus provide a tension of the right part of a belt. At repeated installation of the removed gear belt it should be imposed in former position.
6. Press a finger a gear belt in a place "And" and once again check up coincidence of labels. If labels have got off, again remove a belt and turn a corresponding pulley on one tooth to the right or to the left.
7. Ослабьте a nut of a tension roller of a gear belt on one or two turns that the spring of the tension device of a gear belt has allowed to press a tension roller to a gear belt. Press a tension roller in a direction specified by an arrow. After that at first tighten a nut (1), and then a bolt (2).
8. Check up a tension of a gear belt, pressing a finger on a belt in a place "And" between belt pulleys 1 and 2. The belt deflection should make from 4 to 5 mm. If it is required, release a nut and a bolt and again press a tension roller to a gear belt.
9. Establish a gear pulley of a cranked shaft, приводную a gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure and a gear pulley of a camshaft. Bolts tighten till the ordered moments of an inhaling. Thus keep shaft from проворачивания.
10. Establish a tension roller of a gear belt. Put a tension roller with a spring and the remote plug and screw a nut. Wring out a tension roller a screw-driver in an arrow direction (fig. Installation of the tension device of a gear belt see) and in this position tighten a bolt. Tighten manually a bolt.
11. Turn gear pulleys so that labels were established in the positions specified in fig. the Exhibition of labels of phases газораспределения on the diesel engine, and impose a gear belt, not turning thus gear pulleys. Provide a belt tension in the places specified in fig. To a tension of a gear belt of a drive газораспределительного of the mechanism, and impose a belt in the following sequence: a gear pulley of a cranked shaft, приводная a gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure, a tension roller and a gear pulley of a camshaft.
12. At imposing of a gear belt on a gear wheel of the fuel pump of its high pressure it is necessary to keep, as it can easily be turned. At repeated installation of its removed gear belt it is necessary to establish in former position. Check up position of labels after imposing of a gear belt.
13. Ослабьте a bolt "1" (fig. Installation of the tension device of a gear belt) on one-two turn see and allow to a tension roller to nestle on a gear belt, that is in an arrow direction in drawing. Once again check up position of labels. Turn a cranked shaft on two teeth of a gear shaft and leave in this position. Thus turn a cranked shaft in a direction of working rotation of the engine and at all on the contrary. In this position tighten at first a bolt "2", and then a bolt "1" moment of an inhaling 22–30 Н m.
14. Again turn away a cranked shaft in the opposite direction before coincidence of labels and check up a tension of a gear belt between a gear pulley of a camshaft and приводной a gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure. By pressing a belt a finger the belt deflection should make 4–5 mm. If it is required, anew adjust a tension of a gear belt.
15. Put a flange. Keep in mind, that apertures of a flange and приводной gear wheels are displaced, that is the flange can be established only in one position. Insert and tighten bolts.
16. Keeping приводную a gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure, tighten a nut the moment of an inhaling 80–90 Н m.
17. Other works are carried out in return sequence. Tighten a bolt of a belt pulley of a cranked shaft the moment 170–190 Н.м. Thus keep a cranked shaft from проворачивания. If the engine is established, include transfer. Otherwise block a flywheel wreath.
