3.5.6. A head of cylinders

 Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clear a surface of a head of cylinders of the rests of consolidation and check up a warp of its surface adjoining to the block of cylinders. For this purpose put a steel ruler to a head and insert between a head and a ruler щупы a various thickness. If it is possible to insert щуп in the thickness more than 0,20 mm on the engine with working volume 2,5 l a head follows or отфрезеровать, or to replace.
2. Consultation in this occasion can be received at service station.

Assemblage and installation

Assemblage on both types of engines is made equally.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The lining of a head of cylinders has no marks and should be imposed up by the party specified in drawing.
2. Grease a carving of bolts of a head of cylinders with engine oil and insert bolts into apertures. Tighten bolts in sequence for some passes till the moment of an inhaling 50 Н m. Then tighten bolts in the same sequence till the moment of an inhaling 105–115 Н m.
3. The specified values concern the cold engine. On разогретом the engine the moment of an inhaling of bolts makes 115–125 Н m.
