Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect weight. Remove a cover of a head and the top cover of a gear belt. Release a cam-shaft bolt.
2. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ, having turned коленвал before label combination on a pulley коленвала with риской on a scale of a forward cover.
	3. Turn away a cam-shaft bolt, and, not supposing rotation коленвала and belt easings, dress an asterisk on the holder in a forward cover, or in a belt cover. Dress on 8 hydropushers special скобы (скоба for hydropusher deduction – it is specified by an arrow).
4. In regular intervals and gradually release bolts of covers of basic necks of a cam-shaft, turn out bolts, and, keeping for the opposite ends, get platens with коромыслами.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn away bolts of fastening of platens on covers of basic necks and get covers, коромысла, springs and washers. Store all removed details as their installation.

2. Check up a condition of persistent surfaces коромысел, replace platens and (or) коромысла, at the raised backlash between these details. Faulty pushers replace, for this purpose clean скобу (the pusher will drop out) and insert a new pusher, again having fixed скобой.

3. Collect platens with covers in a following order:

       – Insert platens into a forward cover of a cam-shaft so that dredging on platens have been directed upwards;
      – Turn bolts of fastening of platens (the left platen more long right);
      – Establish a spring washer on the left platen.

4. Grease коромысла, springs and washers oil for the engine and collect in a former order with cam-shaft covers (коромысла cylinders 1, 3 and 2, 4 are marked). After installation of each group of details fix a corresponding cover bolts.

5. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. Tighten bolts of fastening of platens with коромыслами with the moment 19–20 Н.м. An asterisk bolt tighten with the moment 80 Н.м. (The pin on an asterisk should enter into an aperture in a cam-shaft end face, a belt tension at installation not to weaken). Adjust valves of jets.
