Removal

| 1. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders. |
| 2. Dress on hydropushers special скобы MВ998443-01. Release bolts of covers of necks of a cam-shaft, slightly pressing on коромысла. |
| 3. Turn out bolts of covers in a direction from a forward cover to back, thus ask to keep reliably the assistant a cam-shaft. It is impossible to admit, that the belt tension has sharply increased at an exit of a cam-shaft from support (otherwise it is necessary to reinstall a cam-shaft and a belt). |
| 4. After platen removal remove a back cover and establish on the place, having fixed bolts by hand. If necessary this cover can be removed, having established in exchange an average cover. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disassemble the mechanism, check up a condition of persistent surfaces коромысел, freedom of rotation of a roller, deterioration of the interfaced details and cleanliness of lubricant channels. The worn out details replace. |
| 2. Collect platens with covers, сориентировав so that dredging on platens have been turned upwards, and covers have been located according to their numbers. Grease all details. At installation of platens the assistant should keep a cam-shaft. |
| 3. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. Скобы remove after an inhaling of bolts of fastening. Tighten bolts with the moment 20 Н.м. |
