Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect a hose of a radiator from the thermostat case. |
| 2. Remove the carburettor, having marked all disconnected hoses and wires. |
| 3. Disconnect from a collector all vacuum hoses. |
| 4. Turn away a nut, having greased with their getting liquid. Displace a collector easy blows and remove. |
| 5. Clear demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders. Check up deformation of planes, if necessary прошлифуйте a head plane (having removed it) and replace a collector. |
| 6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace a lining. Collector nuts tighten with the moment 22 Н.м. |

Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Execute декомпрессию. For this purpose disconnect a socket in a back part of a fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition. |
| 2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect a hose of a radiator from the thermostat case. |
| 3. Designate and disconnect from a collector all hoses and wires. Cautiously disconnect and muffle gasoline pipe lines. |
| 4. Disconnect from the distributor of ignition a coil wire. |
| 5. Remove the levelling chamber. |
| 6. Remove the distributor of fuel with atomizers. |
| 7. Remove the ignition distributor. |
| 8. Turn away a nut and bolts and remove a collector. |
| 9. Clear demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders. |
| 10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace linings of a collector and the levelling chamber. Collector nuts tighten with the moment 16 Н.м., since a nut in an average part of a collector. Execute necessary adjustments. |

Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the air filter. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect a hose of a radiator from the thermostat case. |
| 3. Remove the carburettor. |
| 4. Remove a final branch pipe, the thermostat and a lining. |
| 5. Remove the secondary air filter and a branch pipe. |
| 6. Remove маслоуказатель. |
| 7. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, not disconnecting from a highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm. |
| 8. Designate and disconnect from a collector and the thermostat all hoses and wires. Cautiously disconnect and muffle gasoline pipe lines. Take aside conducting and the hoses, stirring to collector removal. |
| 9. Remove the valve рециркуляции. |
| 10. Turn away a nut and remove a collector. |
| 11. Clear demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders. Check up deformation of planes, if necessary прошлифуйте a head plane (having removed it) and replace a collector. On a new collector establish all gauges and valves. |
| 12. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all linings and уплотнители. Collector nuts at first tighten by hand, and then with the moment 22 Н.м., since a nut in an average part of a collector. Tighten bolts of an arm of the compressor with the moment 45 Н.м., the compressor – 24 Н.м., the thermostat – 12 Н.м. Check up operation of all gauges and control lamps on the panel of devices. |

Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Execute декомпрессию. For this purpose disconnect a socket in a back part of a fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition. |
| 2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid. |
| 3. Disconnect an air line. |
| 4. Turn away bolts of adjustment of an accelerator. |
| 5. Designate and disconnect from a collector all accessible hoses and wires. |
| 6. Disconnect from the distributor of ignition a coil wire. |
| 7. Remove the coil. |
| 8. Remove a throttle branch pipe and take aside (hoses of system of cooling from a branch pipe not to disconnect). Remember an arrangement of bolts of fastening of a branch pipe. Remove a lining. |
| 9. Turn away the top bolts of racks, bolts of fastening of the levelling chamber and remove the chamber and a lining. |
| 10. Remove racks. |
| 11. Disconnect both gasoline pipe lines and vacuum hoses, remove the fuel distributor. Disconnect other hoses to which access (a radiator hose, перепускной a hose and vacuum distributing) became possible. |
| 12. Turn away bolts and remove the chamber of a collector with a lining. |
| 13. Clear demountable planes of chambers of a collector and a head of cylinders. Check up deformation of planes if the deviation from a plane exceeds 0,3 mm a collector replace and rearrange on a new collector all gauges and valves. |
| 14. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all linings (hermetic not to grease) and уплотнители. Tighten all connections by the demanded moments. |
