Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step. |
| 3. Merge a liquid. |
| 4. Remove the top casing of the fan. |
| 5. Remove all belts, having weakened bolts of fastening of the corresponding unit. |
| 6. Remove the fan and муфту inclusions. |
| 7. Remove a pump pulley. |
| 8. Turn away bolts and remove from a sock коленвала pulleys. |
| 9. Remove covers, ослабьте натяжитель and, not breaking installation коленвала, remove a gear belt, having designated on it small a rotation direction. |
| 10. Disconnect a hose, turn away bolts and remove the pump. |
| 11. Check up a pump condition. At detection of damages of the case or a leak through a control aperture the pump replace (to repair is not subject). Clear a demountable plane of the pump. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following:
– Replace a lining of the pump and a sealing ring, having moistened with its water or a liquid (not with oil);
– Bolts of fastening of the pump tighten in 2 stages: bolts with marks "4"
– With the moment 14 Н.м., bolts with marks "7" – 24 Н.м.;
– Dress a gear belt so that there was no weak point between asterisks коленвала and the oil pump, or asterisks of the oil pump and a cam-shaft. Release a bolt натяжителя and turn коленвал so that the cam-shaft asterisk was displaced on 2 teeth from an adjusting label. If a belt on a cam-shaft ослабнет choose a weak point, slightly having displaced натяжитель downwards. Tighten bottom, then top bolts натяжителя;
– Tighten bolts of covers of a belt with the moment 11 Н.м., a bolt коленвала – 120 Н.м., a small bolt of a pulley – 25 Н.м., nuts of a pulley and крыльчатки on the cooling pump – 11 Н.м.

After the termination warm up the engine, restore level of a liquid and adjust belts.

Removal and installation

Removal

| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Merge a liquid. |
| 3. Remove the top casing of the fan. |
| 4. Remove all belts. |
| 5. Disconnect from the pump a hose. |
| 6. Turn away bolts and remove from a sock коленвала pulleys. |
| 7. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step, remove covers and a gear belt. |
| 8. Turn away bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement) and remove the pump. |
| 9. Clear a demountable plane of the pump, check up its condition. At detection of damages or a leak the pump replace (to repair is not subject). |

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following:

| 4. Remove the top casing of the fan. Remove the fan and муфту, the fan store in working position. |
| 5. Remove drive belts. |
| 6. Remove a pump pulley. |
| 7. Disconnect from the pump a heater hose. |
| 8. Turn away bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement, and remove the pump. |
| 9. Clear a demountable plane of the pump, check up its condition. At detection of damages or a leak the pump replace (humidifying of a control aperture) is supposed. |
| 10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace a lining. Bolts of fastening of the pump tighten with the moment 21 Н.м. In stages. Pull belts. |

Removal and installation

| 1. Execute декомпрессию. For this purpose disconnect a socket in a back part of a fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition. |
| 2. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 3. Merge a liquid, remove the thermostat, disconnect the top hose of a radiator, перепускной a hose, remove a fan casing. |
| 4. Remove the fan and муфту. |
| 5. Remove drive belts. |
| 6. Remove a pump pulley. |
| 7. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and arms. Take the pump aside, not disconnecting from a highway. |
| 8. Remove an arm натяжителя. |
| 9. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, not disconnecting from a highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm. |
| 10. Remove a fan arm. |
| 11. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step, remove covers, release bolts натяжителя and remove a gear belt, having designated a rotation direction. |
| 12. Turn away bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement, and remove the pump. |
| 13. Remove a branch pipe and clear a demountable plane of the pump, check up its condition. At detection of damages or a leak the pump replace. |
| 14. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all removed linings and уплотнители. Belts establish and adjust, being guided by the description in corresponding sections. Bolts of fastening of the pump tighten with the moment 27 Н.м. |

Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Execute декомпрессию. For this purpose disconnect a socket in a back part of a fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition. |
| 2. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 3. Merge a liquid. |
| 4. Remove a radiator with the top hose and a fan casing. |
| 5. Remove the generator, the battery and a tray. |
| 6. Remove the bottom guards of the engine. |
| 7. Remove the fan, муфту and a pump pulley. |
| 8. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, not disconnecting from a highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm. |
| 9. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and arms. Take the pump aside, not disconnecting from a highway. |
| 10. Remove forward covers and disconnect a socket from the rotation gauge коленвала. |
| 11. A stripper press a pulley коленвала. |
12. Remove a gear belt. For this purpose execute the following:
– Combine labels on asterisks and on a head of cylinders;
– Release a bolt натяжителя and designate on a belt a rotation direction. |
| 13. Remove натяжитель, a roller and the lever. |
| 14. Remove from the pump the top branch pipe and the thermostat. |
| 15. Clear a demountable plane of the pump, check up its condition. At detection of damages or a leak the pump replace. |
| 16. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace the removed linings and уплотнители. Belts establish and adjust, being guided by the description in corresponding sections. Bolts of fastening of the pump tighten with the moment 24 Н.м. In 2–3 stages, being displaced on periphery. Напрессуйте on коленвал a pulley by means of the special adaptation. |
