The additional valve on engines Mitsubishi


On engines Mitsubishi of early releases the additional valve blocking a jet, screwed in the chamber of combustion and intended for formation of a stream of the gas mixture directed on a candle is provided to improve fuel combustion.

At dismantling of a head of cylinders these valves should be removed first of all. Adaptation MD 998310 is for this purpose applied.

At a reversing of the valve of a jet the adaptation cannot be inclined, as cores of additional valves can be bent.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At dismantling compress a spring of the first valve by means of the suitable adaptation and remove crackers.
2. Release a valve spring, remove a spring plate, a spring and a basic washer.
3. Get the valve and remove маслосъемный a cap. Remove from valves a deposit.

Attentively examine valves, check up presence on facets of valves of cracks, traces of non-uniform development, ablation of metal and прогара. At detection of development about an input in directing plug, ovality of end faces and reduction of width of a corbel against norms the valve replace.

Check up length of springs and vertical position of springs (the deviation from a vertical no more than 2 is supposed). Springs with усадкой replace.

Check up a backlash of valves in plugs or on a difference of diameters of a core and the plug, or having shaken the valve in the plug. If the backlash exceeds norm, the valve (or the plug) replace.

Define position and width of a landing corbel, having greased a saddle a paint on a metal basis and having established the corresponding valve. If a corbel continuous the valve and a saddle can be used and further. If a trace faltering it is necessary прошлифовать the valve and a saddle and to grind in the valve to a saddle.

For valve dismantling compress a spring, turn away a nut and remove crackers

The worn out additional valve varies in gathering. For definition of its condition the valve can be disassembled (the adaptation) is required. If details in a satisfactory condition replace only маслосъемный a valve cap.

After dismantling check up deterioration of a core of the valve, at detection of traces of a burn-out and strong deterioration (it is defined by rolling) the valve in gathering replace. Collect the valve upside-down.

At installation tighten the valve with the moment 18–20 Н.м.

Assemblage is carried out upside-down. Carefully remove the rests притирочного a material and wash out. Grease cores and напрессуйте new caps. All removed details establish on former places.
