3.4.18. Турбокомпрессор


Турбокомпрессор it is resulted in rotation from exhaust gases and it is intended for air forcing in cylinders of the engine and capacity increase. Pressure of pressurisation is limited separate заслонкой (the control valve of pressure), a part of the fulfilled gases providing tap from the turbine.

The intermediate refrigerator is applied to cooling of forced air (approximately on 30 ) and increases of its density on an input in the cylinder ("интеркулер"), established on an input in an inlet collector.

Greasing турбокомпрессора which rotates with a speed 140000 about / mines, is provided with oil for the engine. To greasing of this unit increased requirements (regular change of oil and the filter, the raised cleanliness of oil) are shown.

Operation key rules

After start-up of the cold engine warm up it on small turns (in cold weather of 1-2 mines) that viscosity of oil has gone down to the set level and compressor greasing has improved.

Before a stop of the engine after driving in heavy conditions it should work idling to warn закоксовывание oil channels of the compressor.

If прогретый the engine has decayed, immediately restart it to warn strong heating and a compressor exit out of operation.
