Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the engine and transmission. |
| 2. Remove a head of cylinders, gear belts, the pallet, the oil pump, a flywheel, and a back epiploon. |
|
3. Turn the engine and check up axial люфт коленвала. |
| 4. Turn away bolts of covers of radical bearings and remove covers, preliminary having marked their orientation and an accessory to the given cylinder (on a part of covers the arrow directed to a forward part of the engine) is provided. |
| 5. Remove коленвал and radical loose leaves which store individually. |
| 6. Wash out a cranked shaft solvent and dry. |

Clearing and check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check up uniformity of deterioration radical and шатунных necks, presence on them задиров, cracks or local erosion. |
| 2. Check up uniformity of deterioration of necks. If deterioration non-uniform necks коленвала follows перешлифовать in car-care centre and to replace all bearings repair. |
|
3. Measure by a micrometer diameter radical and шатунных necks, compare result to standard value. Check up ovality (1) both конусность (2) radical and шатунных necks, having measured their diameter in several points on a circle and along a neck. |
| 4. Check up a surface of radical loose leaves. At any signs of a doubtful condition or if axial люфт above norm – loose leaves replace. At dismantling of the engine loose leaves are recommended to be changed. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Check up backlashes in radical bearings on a thickness of the crushed plastic calibre. For this purpose place loose leaves (fig. Radical loose leaves see), establish коленвал and tighten bolts of covers with loose leaves then accurately remove covers. Oil presence on necks and проворачивание коленвала at measurements are not supposed. |
| 2. If backlashes mismatch norm, loose leaves replace. If replacement does not lead to a normal backlash, прошлифуйте коленвал. |
|
3. Check up palpation коленвала. |
|
4. At definitive assemblage grease necks коленвала and check up arrangement of loose leaves. Establish covers (1 – ориентационные arrows, 2 – cover number), it is correct them сориентировав on available labels or put at dismantling and tighten bolts. The general order of an inhaling: an average cover – 2nd – 4th – a lobby – back. |
| 5. Not tightening, establish epiploons, маслоприемник and the pallet. |
