Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Remove gear belts (subsection 3.4.29 see). |
| 3. Merge oil and remove the oil filter. |
| 4. Remove the pallet and маслоприемник. |
| 5. Remove заглушку and fix the left platen, having inserted a screw-driver in diameter of 8 mm and length not less than 60 mm. |
| 6. Release a bolt of the right platen and remove натяжитель V.Pri necessities remove an asterisk of a belt of the platen. |
| 7. Turn away bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement, and remove a forward casing and a lining. |
| 8. Remove a screw-driver and get platens. |
|
9. Remove a cover of the oil pump and get gear wheels. |
| 10. Check up a condition of gear wheels and pump planes, replace the worn out details. Clean oil channels. Carefully check up a condition сальниковых consolidations in a forward cover, if necessary replace. Check up presence on platens of development and traces прихвата. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check up deterioration плунжера редукционного the valve. Establish in a forward cover, having combined labels. |
| 2. Grease and establish pump gear wheels into place, having combined labels. |
| 3. Establish a cover of the pump and tighten bolts with the moment 21 Н.м.
|
|
4. Cautiously establish platens, not having damaged bearings (1 заглушка; 2 – a screw-driver). |
| 5. Dress on коленвал оправку MD 998285-01. |
| 6. Establish a new lining, establish a forward cover and tighten bolts. |
| 7. Fix the left platen a screw-driver, tighten a bolt with the moment 35 Н.м. |
|
8. Establish a filter arm, tighten bolts of a cover and an arm with the moment 23 Н.м 9 (1 – a cap).
|
| 9. Dress on the left shaft a cap. |
| 10. Collect редукционный the valve, tighten заглушку with the moment 45 Н.м. |
| 11. Establish маслоприемник, the pallet and the oil filter. |
| 12. Establish asterisks, gear belts and adjust their tension (subsection 3.4.29 see). |

DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift redock of the car and merge oil. |
| 2. Remove the pallet. |
| 3. Remove all belts, the top cover of a belt and establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step |
| 4. Remove asterisks and a gear belt (subsection 3.4.29 see) and check up a belt condition. If necessary remove a small belt of a drive of the platen. |
| 5. Remove the top forward cover and remove an epiploon (is subject to replacement). |
| 6. Designate a relative positioning of gear wheels of the pump. |
| 7. Remove all details of the oil pump and check up their condition. The worn out details replace. |

| 2. Grease and establish platens, tighten bolts with the moment 5 Н.м. |

| 5. Dress on коленвал оправку MD 998393. |
| 6. Establish a new lining, establish a forward cover and tighten bolts. Remove оправку. |
| 7. Establish the bottom cover. Replace an epiploon. |
| 8. Establish all removed details upside-down. Establish asterisks, gear belts and adjust their tension (subsection 3.4.29 see). |

THE ENGINE OF 2,6 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove both chains and asterisks (subsection 3.4.30 see). |
| 2. Merge oil and remove the filter. |
| 3. Disconnect on an arm hoses перепускного the valve and маслоохладителя. |
| 4. Turn away a bolt and a nut and remove an arm and sealing rings. |
| 5. Remove the pallet and маслоприемник, remove linings. |
| 6. Remove details редукционного the valve, turn away bolts and remove the case of the oil pump. |
| 7. Get pump gear wheels, remove шпонку from the platen виброгасителя. |
| 8. Remove a cover of the pump with a lining. |
| 9. If necessary remove the left platen. For this purpose screw 2 bolts М8 in carving apertures of a flange and turning bolts, выпрессуйте an emphasis. If necessary remove the right platen. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check up a condition of demountable planes of a cover of the pump and in a forward cover of the engine. Check up a face backlash of gear wheels. If the backlash exceeds 0,15 mm replace gear wheels and (or) the case. Clean oil channels. Check up development presence on platens. |
| 2. Replace all linings and уплотнители. |
|
3. Before installation grease necks of platens (1 – a greasing place). |
|
4. A platen emphasis establish on directing hairpins М6 in length of 50 mm then remove hairpins and tighten bolts of an emphasis with the moment 11 Н.м. (1 ring; 2 – the left platen; 3 – the block of cylinders; 4 – hairpin М6; 5 – an emphasis). |
|
5. At pump assemblage combine labels of gear wheels and fill in about 10 cubic oils see. |
| 6. Tighten bolts of a cover of the pump with the moment 11 Н.м., the big bolts of the case the pump – 65 Н.м, small bolts and screws–10 Н.м. заглушку редукционного the valve – 10 Н.м. |

Removal

3. Before assemblage fill the pump with technical vaseline, or fill in oil. Tighten bolts of the pump with the moment 15 Н.м. |
