Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders. |
| 2. Release a bolt of an asterisk of a cam-shaft. |
| 3. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ, having turned коленвал before label combination on a pulley коленвала with риской on a head of cylinders. Further rotation коленвала is not supposed. |
| 4. Turn away a bolt of an asterisk and get a small gear wheel of the distributor of ignition. |
| 5. Remove an asterisk with a chain and dress on the holder. |
| 6. Dress on hydropushers special скобы MD998448. |
| 7. Gradually release bolts of covers of necks of a cam-shaft, having begun with the central bolt and being displaced on periphery. |
| 8. Turn out bolts and get platens with коромыслами. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Turn away bolts of fastening of platens on covers of basic necks and get covers, коромысла, springs and washers. Store all removed details as their installation. |
| 2. Check up a condition of persistent surfaces коромысел, both backlashes in коромыслах and platens. Check up cleanliness of oil channels. The worn out details replace. Faulty pushers which do not provide full closing of the valve, replace. For this purpose clean скобу (the pusher will drop out) and insert a new pusher, again having fixed скобой. |
| 3. Collect platens with covers, having combined labels on platens and on a forward cover. Grease and establish all removed details in a former order. |
| 4. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. Tighten bolts of fastening of platens with the moment 20 Н.м. An asterisk bolt tighten with the moment 54 Н.м. Adjust the jet valve. |
