Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge a liquid.
3. Disconnect a hose of a radiator and remove the top casing of the fan.
4. Remove the fan with муфтой.
5. Remove all belts of hinged units.
6. Remove a pulley of the fan from the cooling pump.
7. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and an arm. Take the pump aside, not disconnecting from a highway.
8. Remove a roller arm натяжителя.
9. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, not disconnecting from a highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm.
10. Remove a fan arm.
11. Remove the top covers of a belt and a lining. On the engine of 3,5 l remove the rotation gauge коленвала.
12. Remove the bottom cover of a belt.
13. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step. Since this moment rotation коленвала is not supposed.
14. Turn away a pulley bolt, keeping коленвал a special key and remove a pulley.
15. Release bolts натяжителя and cautiously remove a gear belt, having designated a rotation direction.

Belt installation on the engine of 3,0 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a belt condition, at detection of any defects replace.
2. Check up a roller condition натяжителя and teeths of asterisks.
3. Establish натяжитель, turn counter-clockwise and fix bolts.
4. Check up combination of labels on asterisks and dress a belt, being guided on the put arrow. The belt should be tense between asterisks коленвала and the left cam-shaft. At clothing slightly press on an asterisk of the left cam-shaft counter-clockwise. If a belt will pull, labels should coincide.
5. Establish a flange on an asterisk коленвала.
6. Release a bolt натяжителя that the roller has rested against a belt.
7. Smoothly, without jerks, turn коленвал on 2 turns clockwise and check up combination of labels.
8. Tighten a bolt натяжителя with the moment 25 Н.м.
9. Establish all details upside-down. Replace the damaged linings of covers, having laid them in a cover on glue 3M EC 870. Tighten bolts of covers with the moment 11 Н.м.

Belt installation on the engine of 3,5 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a belt condition, at detection of any defects replace.
2. Check up a roller condition натяжителя and teeths of asterisks.

3. Compress натяжитель in a vice and fix, having inserted into apertures a wire in diameter of 1,4 mm. Establish натяжитель and tighten a bolt with the moment 24 Н.м.

4. Establish a pulley коленвала and turn an asterisk коленвала so that it was displaced on 3 teeth clockwise.
5. Combine labels of asterisks of cam-shafts of the left head.
6. Combine labels of asterisks of cam-shafts of the right head, fix a key from проворачивания.
7. Be convinced of combination of labels of a cam-shaft of the right head of cylinders and fix a belt 2 скобами.
8. Get a belt on a pulley of the pump of cooling.
9. Be convinced of combination of labels of a cam-shaft of the left head of cylinders and fix a belt 2 скобами.
10. Get a belt on an intermediate roller.
11. Having combined labels on an asterisk коленвала, turn коленвал on 1 tooth counter-clockwise.
12. Dress a belt on an asterisk коленвала and on a roller натяжителя.
13. Place a roller натяжителя so that the aperture under a pin has been turned upwards. Press a roller and tighten a bolt.
14. Combine labels on an asterisk коленвала.
15. Check up combination of all labels.
16. Turn коленвал on 1/4 turns counter-clockwise, then turn clockwise and combine labels.
17. Release a bolt натяжителя (2). A special key turn натяжитель with the moment 9,4 Н.м., having pulled a belt, and simultaneously tighten the central bolt натяжителя with the set moment. At a bolt tightening натяжителя the roller to rotate should not (1. An aperture under a pin; 3. A roller натяжителя).
18. Get from натяжителя a wire and be convinced, that it is possible to get a pin easily.
19. Turn коленвал on 2 turns and leave in this position for 5 minutes Check up freedom of moving of a pin in an aperture натяжителя. If the pin comes with small effort, check up выступание a rod натяжителя () which 3,8–4,5 mm should be. Otherwise repeat procedure of clothing and adjustment of a tension of a belt.
20. Check up combination of all labels on asterisks.
21. Establish all details upside-down. Replace the damaged linings of covers, having established them in a cover on glue 3M EC 870. Tighten bolts of covers with the moment 11 Н.м. After engine start-up hear to noise from a belt. If unusual noise stop the engine are distributed and check up installation and a belt tension. After the termination adjust belts of a drive of hinged units.
