The adaptations applied at removal of a gear belt


1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the top casing of a radiator and all belts of a drive.
3. Remove the fan.
4. Remove pulleys from the system pump охлажденияи коленвал, remove both covers of a belt.
5. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step. Since this moment rotation коленвала is not supposed. Designate on a belt a rotation direction.
6. Ослабьте натяжитель also remove a belt, not supposing rotation коленвала and a cam-shaft.
7. Remove натяжитель, an asterisk коленвала and a flange.
8. Remove a small gear belt, having designated a rotation direction.
9. Check up a belt condition, at detection of any defects replace.

1. Combine labels on asterisks, the block and a head of cylinders and dress a small belt so that the top part of a belt has stretched.
2. Establish натяжитель, it is correct it сориентировав.
3. Displace a roller upwards and pull a belt In so that the deflection in the top part was 6 mm.
4. Strongly keeping a roller, tighten a bolt натяжителя with the moment 20 Н.м.
5. Establish on коленвал an asterisk and a flange.
6. Establish натяжитель the big belt, having rested a spring in the cooling pump, tighten bolts. Combine labels on all asterisks and on case details of the engine.
7. Be convinced, that the left platen is in correct position.

The prevention

At combination of labels left балансирный the shaft can be in any position.

9. After combination of labels of an asterisk of the oil pump and on the case expose балансирный a shaft. For this purpose remove заглушку near a starter and insert пруток in diameter 8 mm. If пруток will come on 25 mm turn the oil pump on 1 turn and check up combination of labels балансирного a shaft.

10. Again check up combination of adjusting labels and release a bolt натяжителя.
11. Clean пруток and turn коленвал clockwise so that the cam-shaft asterisk was displaced on 2 teeth.
12. Tighten bottom, and then top bolts.
13. Check up a belt tension. The deflection in the middle between the oil pump and коленвалом should be no more than 13 mm.
14. Establish all removed details.
