PERFORMANCE ORDER

Turn away edge of a cover of the wheel cylinder and examine it from within. At detection of any traces specifying in infiltration of a liquid under a dustproof cover, the cylinder replace.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove drums and колодки (subsection 11.13.1, subsection 11.13.2 see ).
2. Substitute the pallet, turn away the union and muffle a tube and an aperture in the cylinder.
	3. Disconnect a tube, turn away fastening bolts.
	4. Remove the cylinder.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
6. Tighten bolts of fastening with the moment 18 Н.м.

Dismantling and assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. From the removed cylinder cautiously remove dustproof covers and get pistons.
2. Check up a condition of details, presence on the cylinder of scratches and corrosion traces.
3. Check up a backlash between the piston and the cylinder. If the backlash exceeds 0,15 mm the cylinder in gathering replace.
	4. At assemblage dress on pistons new уплотнители by means of cone MB990621-01, preliminary having greased a sealant and a cone greasing from ремкомплекта or a brake liquid.
5. The further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
6. Pump over a hydrodrive of brakes.
