Колодки it is necessary to remove from each wheel separately.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Remove a wheel.
	2. For drum removal turn bolts about special apertures.
	3. Remove a drum, turning auxiliary bolts.
	4. After drum removal examine a brake and define position of details.
	5. Clear details of a brake a special liquid.
	6. Remove coupling springs колодок and a regulator.
	7. Turn a cup of a clamping spring колодки.
	8. Remove a spring and cups.
	9. Remove колодку and disconnect the bottom spring.
	10. Disconnect a torso of a manual brake.
	11. Similarly remove the second колодку then on a back brake there is a wheel cylinder and a cable.
	12. Remove a lock ring and get a cable from a brake board.
	13. Spread out details as their installation.
14. Assemblage is carried out upside-down.
15. Grease a face surface колодок from a board with greasing SAE J310 N1.
16. At installation of springs and a regulator execute the following.
17. A tip of a regulator with the right carving attach to left колодке, and a tip with the left carving – to right.
18. Establish a regulator so that the flute has been turned outside.
	19. Dress a regulator spring so that the extended party has been turned to вильчатой regulator parts.
20. Adjust a backlash between колодками and a drum, having established external diameter колодок 253–253,5 mm.
