Order of prorolling of brakes without ABS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Add a liquid to the top mark of a tank. In the course of prorolling of brakes liquid level support approximately on the tank middle.
2. If the main cylinder acted in film and understood, remove air from the main cylinder in a following order.
3. Disconnect from the main cylinder a tube of a forward contour when the liquid will start to follow, tighten the tube union.
4. Ask to press and keep the assistant a brake pedal.
5. Spread rags, release the union and again tighten the union of a tube and ask to release slowly the assistant a pedal.
6. Repeat procedure until then while in a following liquid air vials will not cease to be observed.
7. Similarly remove air from the part of the cylinder connected to a back contour.
8. Remove air from wheel cylinders in a following order: the right back, left back, right forward, left forward. Execute the following.
	9. Dress on the union for prorolling of brakes накидной a key and a transparent hose, other end of a hose ship in a vessel with a brake liquid.
10. Ask the assistant some times a pedal on brakes, then to press and keep.
	11. Turn away the union on 1/2–1/4 turns and let out a liquid containing air.
12. Tighten the union before the pedal will reach a floor (ask to warn the assistant about it).
13. Repeat procedure until then the liquid without vials will not begin to flow yet.
14. Similarly remove air from other wheel cylinders.
15. After air removal check up liquid level in a nutritious tank and if necessary add to a mark the MOVE.
16. Put into place a tank stopper.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove air from the main thing and wheel cylinders.

2. Then – from the dosing out valve, having attached a hose to the valve union, and the tubes connected to the hydraulic modulating block.

3. Pump over volume of tubes of the hydromodule at the working engine.

4. On cars with ABS-system level in a tank restore, adding a liquid through the filter. Procedure of prorolling differs nothing from described above.
