Syringe put glue (type 3M Super Fast Urethane Auto Glass Sealant 8609 or equivalent) on all perimetre of glass.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. The special tool remove lateral overlays of glass.
2. Remove latches.
3. On a part of cars get the bottom lining.
	4. Paste over adjoining sites of a body with a tape made of cloth and a sharp drill drill an aperture in a gluing layer of glass, pass a wire and cut off a layer.
	5. Level the rests of glue with отборковки bodies.
6. Designate position of glass and by means of special suckers get glass.
	7. The broken latches replace (1 – a head, 2 – a latch of fastening of a windscreen)

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Put glue a layer in the thickness of 12-15 mm (on an insert the form of a cut of a submitting nozzle of a syringe which should be V-shaped is shown).
	2. Paste a sealant.
3. Put glass in a place, outline a contour on glass edge.
4. Establish on glass the bottom overlay.
5. A sponge impregnated полиуретановым наполнителем (type 3М Super Fast Urethane Primer 8608 or equivalent) in regular intervals put structure in demanded places.
6. Dry 3–30 minutes
7. Again put glass in a place (the put contour) and slightly press.
8. Remove the glue which has got on glass or a body and wipe solvent 3М ATD 8906.
9. Wait for 30 mines for схватывания glue (drying can be accelerated a reflector, not supposing rise in temperature from above 100 °) and check up seams on tightness, having watered with a weak stream from a hose.
10. Establish all removed details of facing.
