FORWARD DOOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lower glass.
2. Remove the internal panel and a water filter.
3. Cautiously hook and remove уплотнители glasses.
4. Remove a window safety lock, turn away 3 bolts at doors (1 bolt in a forward part), keeping a window leaf and remove a window leaf with a skeleton.
5. Turn away bolts of holders and remove glass.
6. Turn away bolts стеклоподъемника, disconnect electric motor wires.
7. Remove стеклоподъемник, if necessary remove the electric motor.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down.
9. Tighten fastenings according to the demanded moments. Two bolts of fastening of a skeleton of a window leaf tighten with the moment 6 Н.м.
	10. At glass installation sustain the sizes Y=76,5–77,5 mm and Х=466,5–467,5 mm, at first having fixed the holder In (1), and then the holder And (2).
11. Adjust glass as follows.
12. Completely lift glass and release bolts and screws of fastening of glass and the back bottom directing.
13. Move glass, back directing and an auxiliary roller (if the window leaf is not provided) so that glass adjoined to a door skeleton on all perimetre.
14. Tighten bolts.

BACK DOOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lower glass.
2. Remove the internal panel and a water filter.
3. Cautiously hook and remove уплотнители glasses.
4. Cautiously remove felt and rubber a trench.
5. Turn away two screws in the top part of a window and two bolts of fastening central directing to a door and get directing, having submitted vertically upwards.
6. Remove a corner together with a sealant.
7. Remove the holder of glass with стеклоподъемника and get glass.
8. Disconnect electric drive wires (if it is provided), turn away bolts and remove стеклоподъемник, if necessary remove the electric motor (preliminary remove a spring, otherwise after electric motor removal стеклоподъемник can suddenly be straightened and put a trauma).
9. Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following.
10. Стеклоподъемник it is established in gathering with the electric motor, fastening bolts tighten with the moment 6 Н.м.
11. Slightly grease a trench with universal greasing, surplus of greasing is not supposed.
	12. At glass installation sustain the size equal 231–239 mm.
13. If necessary adjust glass moving central directing at the released bolts.
