Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a back part of the car and remove a wheel.
2. Remove a support, take aside and fix.
3. Remove a brake disk, having designated its position on a semiaxis.
4. Check up a disk and колодку.
5. Measure a thickness of a frictional material, which should be not less than 4,5 mm (new колодки 6,5 mm), worn out колодку replace.
	6. Check up internal diameter of a drum of a disk which there should be no more than 198 mm, otherwise a disk replace.
7. Disconnect a regulator spring in the bottom part колодок.
8. Turn a cup, remove a clamping spring and the probe.
9. Remove a regulator колодок.
10. Remove holders of a spring in the top part of a brake.
11. Remove распорку and a spring.
12. Remove скобу, disconnect a cable and remove колодки.
13. Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following.
14. Grease all demanded places.
	15. Correctly place springs колодок, – the spring right (back) колодки a manual brake has distinctive colouring.
	16. A regulator колодок the left wheel establish so that the regulator hairpin has been turned towards a back part of the car, the regulator hairpin колодок the right wheel should be turned forward.
17. Bolts of fastening of a support tighten with the moment 88 Н.м. Adjust a manual brake (subsection 11.15 see).
