Places of greasing of a support at assemblage

1. In these cavities special greasing which to delete is put in pawn it is impossible.

The support should be removed on each wheel separately.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift redock of the car and remove a wheel.
2. Remove a part of a liquid from a tank.
3. Disconnect on a support a brake hose, muffle apertures.
4. Turn away an axis and a finger and remove a support. It is possible to remove also a support in gathering with an arm for what it is necessary to turn away 2 bolts of fastening of an arm to a brake board.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following.
	6. Drown the piston in the cylinder.
7. Tighten connections with following moments: bolts of fastening of an arm of a support (if acted in film) – 90 Н.м., an axis and a finger of a support 32–42 Н.м. (Top), the hose union – 17 Н.м.
8. Remove air from a hydrodrive.

Dismantling and assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a cover.
	2. Cautiously remove pistons the compressed air.
	3. Cautiously get from the cylinder a cuff.
4. Check up a condition of pistons and an internal surface of the cylinder.
5. At detection of corrosion and appreciable damages of a detail replace. In ремкомплект a support enter уплотнители and the piston (it is delivered also separately), and also greasing for support fingers.
6. Assemblage is carried out upside-down.
	7. At assemblage establish an axis and the bottom finger on the places noted by letters G and L (1 – a support axis, 2 – a finger, 3 – letters for correct assemblage).
8. Replace all уплотнители.
9. Grease a support and fingers. The piston grease with a brake liquid.
