Described procedure is applicable also to a 2-cylinder support of cars 1992-98

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift redock of the car and remove a wheel.
2. Remove a part of a liquid from a tank.
	3. Disconnect and muffle a hose.
	4. Turn away bolts fastenings (fingers) of a support.
	5. Get fingers of a support and store them in the pure container.
	6. Remove a support.
	7. Remove external колодку.
	8. Remove a plate колодки.
	9. Remove internal колодку.
	10. Remove top and bottom скобы.
11. Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following.
12. Drown the piston in the cylinder.
13. Tighten connections with following moments: support bolts – 32–42 Н.м. (Bottom) and 40–50 Н.м. (Top), the hose union – 17 Н.м.
14. Remove air from a hydrodrive.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Remove a lock ring of a cover of the piston.
2. Remove a cover.
	3. Cautiously remove pistons the compressed air.
4. Cautiously get from the cylinder a cuff.
	5. Check up a condition of pistons.
6. Check up a condition of an internal surface of the cylinder.
7. At detection of corrosion and appreciable damages of a detail replace. In ремкомплект a support enter уплотнители and the piston (it is delivered also separately), and also greasing for support fingers.
8. Assemblage is carried out upside-down.
9. Replace all уплотнители.
	10. Remove a piston cover.
	11. Take a piston sealant.
12. Grease fingers of a support with structure from ремкомплекта. The piston grease with a brake liquid.
