1. Put labels of mutual orientation on both plugs not to break balancing at assemblage.
2. Get the lock rings fixing glasses of bearings крестовины (a forward shaft – at the left, back – on the right).
3. For removal крестовины the clamp, an insert and оправка is required. Diameter of an insert should be a little bit less apertures in a plug to push out the bearing, and diameter оправки should provide loss выпрессованного the bearing.
4. Similarly выпрессуйте other pair of bearings крестовины.


1. Put in pawn in new bearings fresh greasing SAE J310A NLGI N2 EP, having greased with it necks new крестовины, needles and epiploon edges.
2. Insert glasses of bearings into opposite apertures in a plug кардана, establish крестовину and запрессуйте both glasses of the bearing in a plug кардана so that it was possible to insert a lock ring.
3. Крестовина at запрессовывании should be centered concerning bearings.
4. Similarly запрессуйте the others 2 bearings крестовины other plug, having combined labels on plugs.
5. Insert a lock ring of the bearing on the one hand, then turn the hinge and допрессуйте a glass of the opposite bearing, insert an opposite lock ring.
6. Check up a backlash between the second inserted ring and a flute. If the backlash exceeds 0,06 mm lock rings replace (a forward shaft – at the left, back – on the right). The thickness of rings on both parties should be identical.
