 Dismantling and assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Lift the car.
3. Merge from a distributing box oil.
4. Designate position of flanges карданных shaft, turn away a nut, disconnect a flange and get a shaft from transmission (or a distributing box).
5. Remove a dustproof cover, hook and take an epiploon.
6. Assemblage is carried out upside-down.
7. A new epiploon запрессуйте оправкой (tools MIT3995 and MB990938-01) before combination of a plane of an epiploon with картером a check point (a distributing box).
8. At assemblage combine labels карданных the shaft, put at dismantling.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove transmission in gathering with a distributing box.
3. Remove a refuelling branch pipe, turn out stoppers.
4. Remove a spring of a clamp and плунжер (or a ball).
5. Remove подпружиненный a pin from ползуна box switchings.
6. Turn away a nut / bolts and remove a distributing box.
7. Pay attention to position of 2 wire clamps of bolts of fastening of a distributing box.
8. At separation картеров remove the lever of a distributing box.
9. Installation is carried out upside-down.
10. Replace a lining and establish on hermetic 3M ART N 8001 or N 8011, having greased both parties. Grease a secondary shaft of transmission that will facilitate its installation in a distributing box.
11. Tighten all connections according to the demanded moments.
12. Подпружиненный a pin (2) запрессуйте in ползун (1) distributing boxes by means of adaptation MD998245-01 (it is supposed бородком).
13. The pin groove at запрессовке should be turned definitely (sustain the size of 3-3,5 mm) (1 – an axis of symmetry of a shaft of management of a distributing box).
