CARS 1983-89

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove a forward exhaust pipe, having disconnected from a collector and neutralizer.
3. Disconnect kick-down-draught.
4. Remove a cover of the selector and the selector panel, remove the selector.
5. Lift the car, remove a guard of a distributing box.
6. Remove the mechanism of change of transfers of transmission and management of a distributing box.
7. Merge from transmission a liquid.
8. Disconnect cooler tubes, muffle and fix in vertical position.
9. Disconnect карданные shaft.
10. Disconnect from transmission of a wire and cables.
11. Turn away bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer for what remove a cover and turn коленвал, turning on bolts consistently.
12. Remove a starter, take aside and fix (it is recommended to disconnect at first wires).
13. Remove from a cross-beam a back support of transmission.
14. Remove a cross-beam, considering considerable weight and the sizes of this detail.
15. Remove a support of a distributing box, turn away fastening bolts колоколообразного картера and remove transmission, having displaced it back, having lowered and having removed with directing pins.
16. Installation is carried out upside-down.
17. Replace all linings and уплотнители, tighten connections with the moments specified in illustrations.
18. Bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a flywheel tighten with the moment 35–42 Н.м.
19. Adjust draughts and cables.

CARS 1990-98

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the mechanism of management of a distributing box.
3. Lift the car, remove a guard of a distributing box.
4. Remove a forward exhaust pipe, having disconnected from a collector and neutralizer.
5. Merge a liquid from transmission and oil from a distributing box.
6. Disconnect карданные shaft, having designated their position.
7. A forward shaft submit forward, incline and get from a reducer.
8. Remove a refuelling branch pipe.
9. Disconnect from draught transmission, remove from a shaft картера a cover.
10. Designate and disconnect from transmission of a wire and cables, including a speedometer cable.
11. Disconnect from transmission of a tube of a cooler.
12. Remove a starter and a thermal guard (if it is provided).
13. Substitute a jack under the engine pallet.
14. Substitute under transmission the cart with a jack, but transmission yet do not hang out.
15. Slightly will hang out the engine and remove the right and left forward support.
16. Remove the bottom cover колоколообразного картера.
17. Remove an arm of a distributing box, торсион, the buffer and a guard arm.
18. Slightly will hang out transmission.
19. Turn away 2 bolts of a cross-beam, lift a jack on 6 mm and remove a cross-beam.
20. Remove transmission. At removal execute the following.
21. Remove a cover
22. Turn away 6 bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer, having asked the assistant to turn коленвал.
23. Cautiously lower a back part of transmission in gathering with a distributing box and remove from the engine.
24. Incline a forward part of transmission and cautiously lower, watching to touching a back extreme cross-beam, and get from under the car.
25. Installation is carried out upside-down.
26. Replace all linings and уплотнители, tighten connections with the moments specified in illustrations
27. Bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a flywheel tighten with the moment 34–41 Н.м., bolts of fastening of transmission – with the moment 75 Н.м., cross-beam bolts – 6 Н.м.
28. Adjust drives of management of transmission.
