Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift car redock.
2. Remove the bottom guard and merge oil from a reducer.
3. Remove a nave in gathering with a fist and external semiaxes.
4. Remove internal полуось and forward карданный a shaft.
5. Prop up the case of a reducer the cart-jack.
6. Remove arms, having designated an arrangement of turned on bolts and nuts.
7. Самоподжимные nuts at assemblage replace.
8. Remove a cross-beam, considering considerable weight of this detail.
9. Lower and remove a reducer.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
11. Tighten connections according to the demanded moments, nuts and cross-beam bolts tighten with the moment 100–120 Н.м.
12. Replace spring rings of semiaxes.
13. At assemblage combine the labels put at dismantling, turn bolts on former places.
