Removal, installation and dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before the beginning of works unblock naves of forward wheels.
2. Remove forward wheels, remove a forward brake, take aside and fix.
3. Remove the mechanism of blocking of a nave, get a lock ring of a semiaxis.
4. Выпрессуйте a stripper a finger of steering draught, расшплинтовав and having turned away a nut.
5. Выпрессуйте a stripper at first bottom, then the top spherical support, remove a nave in gathering with a rotary fist and a pin.
6. Cautiously get left полуось.
7. Designate position of the right external semiaxis and remove it.
8. Remove right internal полуось (using strippers MB990241-01 and MB990211-01).
9. Remove the case of the right semiaxis. For this purpose remove a spring ring of an internal semiaxis, turn on самоподжимную a nut of an arm of the case and remove an arm.
10. At bearing removal unbend edges of a dustproof cover.
11. Establish the adaptation for bearing fixing so that a facet And has rested against a bearing holder.
12. For выпрессовки the bearing establish полуось with the adaptation on бруски and hammer blows beat out полуось.
13. Press from an internal semiaxis a cover, remove from the case of a semiaxis an epiploon.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Запрессуйте a new epiploon in the case of a semiaxis by means of adaptation MV990955-01 so that the epiploon surface was заподлицо with a case end face.
2. Оправкой 75х4 mm запрессуйте on internal полуось a dustproof cover also fill a cavity of a cover with greasing.
3. Напрессуйте on полуось the bearing by means of a press and equipment (МD990560 and МВ998348-01).
4. Dress on a semiaxis new spring rings and insert into a reducer, пристукнув a rubber hammer, establish the case of the right semiaxis.
5. Attach right полуось to internal, having tightened nuts with the moment 54 Н.м.
6. Establish the shock-absorber (if acted in film).
7. Establish a rotary fist with a nave (fig. subsection 10.2.8 see).
8. Establish adjusting washers and a lock ring, check up axial люфт which should be 0,2–0,5 mm. If necessary adjust люфт selection of washers.
9. Establish a nave cap, tighten bolts with the moment 10–14 Н.м.
10. Establish a forward brake and tighten bolts with the moment 80–100 Н.м.
11. Establish wheels and lower the car.
