Nave blocking is provided with handle switching in position LOCK that involves moving шлицевой муфты. In position FREE муфта descends with шлицов naves and the wheel rotates freely.

Dismantling and assemblage

CARS 1983-88

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift redock of the car and remove wheels.
2. Switch the handle in position FREE and turn away 6 bolts of fastening of a cap of a nave.
3. Remove a lock ring and remove washers.
4. Turn away 2 bolts and remove a forward brake, take aside and fix.
5. Turn away 6 bolts of fastening and remove a nave.
6. Remove муфту, a spiral spring, поводковое a ring and a spring ring.
7. The flat tool remove a lock ring in a back part of the case of a nave and get a conducted part of a nave.
8. Remove a lock ring and remove a conducted ring gear wheel, a remote lining and a leading gear wheel of a nave.
9. Assemblage is carried out upside-down.
10. Grease ring, leading and conducted gear wheels of a nave with greasing SAE J310А or NLGI N3.
	11. At installation of the collected nave grease places of contact of the case of gear wheels and a nave with hermetic 3M ART N 8661 or N 8663 or equivalent (greasing places are specified by shading).
12. Tighten bolts of a nave with the moment 50–60 Н.м., a cap – 10–14 Н.м.
