CARBURETTOR ENGINES

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the carburettor. The adjusting screw of structure of a mix is in the carburettor basis, near to a ventilation hose картера. Establish the carburettor the basis upwards. |
| 2. Drill an aperture in diameter of 2 mm in inflow of the basis of the carburettor. This aperture should pass under a stopper and cross an internal well of the screw. Develop an aperture a drill of 3,2 mm. |
| 3. Бородком beat out заглушку. Establish the carburettor, having attached all hoses. |
| 4. Start the engine and warm up idling. Disconnect all onboard consumers. Establish transmission in neutral position. Switch off ignition, disconnect the battery from weight on 5 seconds Disconnect a wire of the gauge of oxygen. |
| 5. Finish turns to 2000–3000 rpm, later 5 сек translate the engine on idling for 2 minutes |
| 6. Connect a tachometre. On the engine idling, check up the maintenance WITH by means of the analyzer which 0,1–0,3 % should be. If necessary adjust, rotating the screw. If at adjustment turns have changed on 100 rpm adjust turns and mix structure so that both indicators corresponded to norm. Stop the engine, attach a wire of the gauge of oxygen and establish заглушку. |
