Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car.

2. Release the union for prorolling and merge a liquid in the substituted vessel.

3. Disconnect the hose union, turn away 2 bolts and remove the working cylinder.

4. Installation is carried out upside-down.

5. Replace linings of the union and tighten a bolt of the union with the moment 20–25 Н.м., fastening bolts – 31–42 Н.м.

6. Remove air from a hydrodrive.

Dismantling and assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Get from an aperture of a hydrodrive the valve and a spring.

2. Remove a pusher and cuffs.

3. Push out the piston the compressed air, having accepted safety measures.

4. Check up a condition of a surface of the cylinder, presence of corrosion and scratches, check up a condition of a sealant of the piston.

5. The worn out details replace.

6. At assemblage grease the piston and the cylinder with a brake liquid.

7. Tighten bolts of fastening of the cylinder with the moment 35 Н.м., a bolt накидного the union – with the moment 22 Н.м., tighten the union for removal of air with the moment 8 Н.м.

8. Grease a persistent surface of a pusher.

9. Remove air from a hydrodrive.
