Details of the main cylinder of coupling

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn on partially the union for prorolling on the working cylinder and extort a liquid.
2. Disconnect a rod of the cylinder from a pedal.
3. Turn away a hydrodrive tube, bolts (nuts) of fastening and remove the cylinder.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down.
5. Tighten connections with following moments: fastening bolts – 14 Н.м., a nut of the union of a tube – 15 Н.м., bolts of a distributing box – 12 Н.м.
6. Fill in a liquid and remove air from a hydrodrive.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the main cylinder.
2. Get a lock ring.
3. Remove a cover and a pusher.
4. Get the piston in gathering.
5. Ослабьте a collar also remove a tank.
6. Check up a condition of a surface of the cylinder, presence of corrosion and scratches, check up cleanliness of apertures of the cylinder.
7. Believe diameter of the cylinder in two mutually perpendicular directions and diameter of the piston. If the backlash (a difference of diameters) exceeds 0,15 mm in any point the cylinder and the piston replace. It is forbidden to remove a spring and other details from the piston.
8. Assemblage is carried out upside-down.
9. Grease the piston and the cylinder with a brake liquid and establish the piston.
10. The collar сориентируйте so that the screw was in the specified sector.
11. Tighten nuts of fastening of the cylinder with the moment 10–15 Н.м.
12. Remove air from a hydrodrive.
