2.11. Screen wiper brushes
THE GENERAL DATA

On cars brushes of several updatings are established.

Scrapers are subject to replacement in case of unsatisfactory clearing of glass. For convenience translate brushes in vertical position, having switched on and off a cleaner.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise щеткодержатель.
2. Press the handle in the centre of the holder and remove a brush from the lever.
3. Unbend скобы and get the terminations of brushes from the holder.
4. Establish a new scraper, having tracked for reliability of fastening.
Model Trico
5. In brushes of model Trico the button by which pressing the brush leaves the holder is provided.
6. The part of these brushes acts in film by pressing a back part of a skeleton of a scraper in its widened part.
Model Anco
7. In brushes of model Anco for scraper removal turn on in the parties special скобы from each party щеткодержателя then extend a scraper in a longitudinal direction.
8. At installation скобы latch.
Model Polycarbonate
9. For removal of a brush of type Polycarbonate press on рычажок which will push out a brush.
10. At installation the brush is fixed automatically.
Model Tridon
11. For removal of a brush of type Tridon lay it on an equal firm surface and pull for the scraper termination, having turned counter-clockwise to remove a ledge on a scraper from deepening on a plastic substrate.
12. Similarly disconnect a scraper from the holder in other places of fastening.
13. The length of brushes is cast at an end face of a scraper and should correspond to length of a replaced brush.
