Removal and installation

CARS 1983-91

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Turn away screws and remove an overlay of the handle of a back door.
3. Remove an overlay of a door of a back compartment (subsection 12.25 see).
4. Remove a cap and turn away a nut of the lever of a brush.
5. Remove the lever.
6. Turn away a nut and remove from a shaft of the engine a washer and a sealant.
7. Disconnect wires, turn away bolts and get the electric motor from a door.
8. Remove the back facing panel боковины.
9. Disconnect wires, turn away bolts, and remove a tank with the pump of a washer of back glass and the electric motor.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
11. Tighten bolts of the electric motor of a cleaner with the moment 10 Н.м., a drive nut – with the moment 8–12 Н.м., a nut of a shaft of the electric motor – 7–10 Н.м.
12. A brush establish so that it it was parallel to the bottom edge of a window.
	13. At installation of brushes it is necessary to sustain next sizes (the sizes out of brackets – in mm).

CARS 1992-98

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove a cap, turn away a nut of the lever of a brush and remove the lever.
3. Remove an overlay of a door of a back compartment (subsection 12.25 see).
4. Disconnect wires, turn away bolts and get the electric motor from a door.
5. Disconnect wires, turn away bolts, and remove a tank with the pump of a washer of back glass and the electric motor.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
7. Tighten bolts of the electric motor of a cleaner tighten with the moment 25 Н.м., a lever nut – with the moment 8–12 Н.м., a nut of a shaft of the electric motor – 8 Н.м.
	8. At installation of brushes it is necessary to sustain next sizes: And – 25–35 mm, In – 35–45 mm (R and L – labels of the left and right brushes).
	9. At installation of a brush the size And should be 65–75 mm.
