Removal and installation

CARS 1983-89

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the bottom cover of an air line on the right side of the forward panel of salon.
2. Remove a box for trifles, having wrung out clamps.
3. Disconnect a cable of a distributive box.
4. Remove the big central air line from the fan to a heater (except а/м 1983-86).
5. Disconnect from the electric motor a socket, a small hose, turn away 3 bolts and remove the electric motor.
6. If necessary remove крыльчатку and the resistor.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down.
	8. At cable installation move рычажок делительной заслонки to position RECIRC, turn the lever заслонки counter-clockwise both dress a cable and fix скобой.

CARS 1990-98

The prevention

On cars with the conditioner for block removal обдува it is required to depressurize the conditioner in car-care centre and to remove the evaporator.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On cars with the conditioner disconnect a drainage hose, a tube of giving of a coolant and a tube on the party всасывания.
2. Remove a box for trifles.
3. Remove a decorative lattice and динамик.
4. Turn away 4 bolts and remove a lath.
5. Disconnect I will corrode the relay and remove a socket arm.
6. Disconnect a cable from the lever делительной заслонки.
7. Remove the channel for heating of feet of the passenger.
8. Remove the evaporator (on а/м with the conditioner) or connecting section (on а/м without the conditioner).
9. Turn away bolts and remove the block обдува.
10. Remove the fan and the resistor.
11. Installation is carried out upside-down.
	12. Attach a cable in a following order. Translate рычажок делительной заслонки in position рециркуляции, press the lever делительной заслонки in an arrow direction, dress a cable and fix скобой a cover.
13. Fill the conditioner in car-care centre.
