Removal and installation

CARS 1983-91

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a box for trifles.

2. Disconnect a cable заслонки a distributive box, having unbent spring скобу.

3. Remove from the handle control panel.

4. Remove заглушки, turn away screws and remove the central section of the forward panel. At removal disconnect a socket from the back party.

5. Remove the bottom covers of air lines on the forward panel.

6. Remove an air line of heating of a windscreen.

7. Disconnect cables of management of a heater.

8. Remove a heater in gathering.

9. Disconnect a socket and remove the fan switch.

10. Installation is carried out upside-down.

11. Before joining of cables translate corresponding levers заслонок and the crane in extreme positions and fix covers of cables spring скобами.

12. After assemblage check up completeness and moving freedom рычажков managements.

CARS 1992-98

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a box for trifles.
2. Unbend spring скобы and disconnect cables заслонки a distributive box and заслонки a temperature regulator.
3. Remove from the handle control panel.
4. Remove lateral заглушки, turn away screws and remove the central section of the forward panel. At panel removal disconnect a socket from the back party.
5. Remove the bottom cover and air lines of the left lateral nozzle and обдува niches for feet.
6. Disconnect a cable делительной заслонки.
7. Turn away bolts and remove managements of a heater.
8. If necessary remove facing, handles and switches.
	9. Remove spring скобы fastenings of covers of cables, having wrung out them in directions And and In and remove cables (1 – скоба; 2 – a cable).
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
	11. For cable joining заслонки a distributive box press to the full the lever in a direction specified by an arrow.
	12. For cable joining заслонки a temperature regulator press to the full the lever in a direction specified by an arrow.
	13. For cable joining делительной заслонки press to the full the lever in a direction specified by an arrow.
14. Fix covers of cables spring скобами.
15. After assemblage check up completeness and moving freedom рычажков managements.
