The evaporator is closed by a casing for which removal it is necessary to wring out latches the tool rested against a soft lining, and to turn on the screws, pulling together both half of casing.

Replace all sealing rings of unions of a coolant.

CARS 1983-91

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Depressurize a coolant highway in car-care centre.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn on the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment, turn away a nut directly over hoses.

4. Remove a box for trifles, the channel обдува a windscreen and disconnect a socket.

5. Disconnect transitive section between evaporator and heater casings.

6. Remove a drainage hose.

7. Turn away bolts and remove the evaporator.

8. Installation is carried out upside-down.

CARS 1992-98

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Depressurize a coolant highway in car-care centre.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn on the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment.

4. Disconnect a drainage hose.

5. Remove a box for trifles and a lattice dynamics.

6. Turn away bolts and remove an intensifying lath under the forward panel.

7. Remove the right air line for heating of feet and disconnect a socket from the control panel the conditioner.

8. Turn away bolts and remove the evaporator.

9. If necessary remove from the evaporator a casing, the management block, the gauge of temperature of air, the broad valve and tubes.

The prevention

Before installation of the new evaporator fill with its special oil in car-care centre. If coolant R12 it is filled in 60 cubic is used oils Nippondenso Oil 6 if coolant R134А it is filled in 40 cubic sm Nippondenso Oil 8 is used see.

10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
