8.3.6. Adjustment of fast idling

Details for adjustment of fast idling of a diesel engine
1. The accelerator lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Warm up the engine (temperature of a liquid 85–95 °) and disconnect electroconsumers, include a manual brake and expose wheels on a straight line (on а/м with the hydraulic booster).
2. Check up, if necessary adjust base turns of idling.
3. Release nuts 1 and 2 (fig. of the Detail for adjustment of fast idling of a diesel engine see) and, rotating an adjusting nut, establish length of a rod such that the rod termination settled down in relation to the accelerator lever how it is shown on an illustration. Tighten nuts.
4. Switch on and off the conditioner some times and be convinced, that the lever and a rod do not adjoin.
5. Rotating the screw of adjustment of fast idling at the released counternut, establish turns of 850-900 rpm.
6. Switch on and off the conditioner some times and check up pneumodrive work (the lever moves upwards and downwards).
