The prevention

For procedure performance the indicator with the price of division of 0,001 mm with special extension piece MD998384 is required.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Expose the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step.

2. Release on the pump of the union of tubes of injection.

3. Release bolts and nuts of fastening of the pump to the engine.

4. Check up выступание a rod of the extension piece of the indicator which 10 mm should be, if necessary adjust, rotating a nut.

5. Turn out заглушку from a head of the pump and screw adaptation MD998384.

6. Cautiously turn коленвал counter-clockwise, on 30 ° to ВМТ. The label (dredging) should be turned approximately at 11 o'clock.

7. Establish an indicator scale on 0 and slightly turn коленвал in both directions, – thus the arrow of the indicator should be motionless. Otherwise repeat installation коленвала on 30 ° to ВМТ, having achieved an arrow immovability.

8. Turn коленвал clockwise, having combined a label with division 5 ° after ВМТ, – in this position коленвала the indicator indication should be 0,997–1,003 mm.

9. If the indicator indication differs from specified moving the pump case, establish the necessary indications of the indicator then tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of the pump.

10. Repeat procedure of installation and check up the injection moment some times, - at each exhibiting коленвала in 30 ° to ВМТ and 5 ° after ВМТ the indicator indication should be 0,997–1,003 mm.

11. Replace a copper lining and tighten заглушку with the moment 8 Н.м.

12. Tighten bolts and remove air.
