Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Lift a back part of the car. Remove wheels. Turn away a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline. |
| 3. Remove a mouth guard. |
| 4. Accurately designate and disconnect from a tank all hoses. |
| 5. Disconnect a socket of the gauge of level of fuel. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish under a tank the cart with a jack, turn away a nut of fastening and lower a tank. |
| 2. Establish a tank upside-down. Tighten nuts of fastening with the moment 27 Н.м., a drain stopper – with the moment 16 Н.м. |
| 3. Attach hoses on the put labels. |
| 4. After assemblage be convinced of absence of leaks. |

CARS 1989-90 (WITH ИНЖЕКТОРНЫМИ ENGINES)
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Execute декомпрессию fuel system (subsection 8.2.1 see). |
| 2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Lift a back part of the car. Remove wheels. Turn away a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline. |
| 3. Remove a mouth guard. |
| 4. Accurately designate and disconnect from a tank all hoses and valves. Turn away screws and remove a pipe of a mouth of a tank. Disconnect wires from the fuel pump and the gauge. |
| 5. Disconnect from the fuel pump hoses. Remove pillows in the top part of a tank. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish under a tank the cart with a jack, turn away a nut of fastening and lower a tank. |
| 2. Establish a tank upside-down. |
| 3. Tighten nuts of fastening with the moment 27 Н.м., a drain stopper – with the moment 18 Н.м. |
| 4. Attach hoses to a tank and the pump on the put labels. After assemblage be convinced of absence of leaks. |

CARS 1991-98
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Disconnect from a wire tank. |
| 2. Lift a back part of the car. Remove wheels. Turn away a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline. |
| 3. Remove an arm of a lateral guard. |
| 4. Accurately designate and disconnect from a tank all hoses. |
| 5. Establish under a tank the cart with a jack, turn away a nut of fastening and lower a tank. |
| 6. Remove the fuel pump, редукционный the valve, the gauge of level of fuel. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish a tank upside-down. |
| 2. Tighten nuts of fastening with the moment 25–30 Н.м., |
| 3. Dress hoses so that they came on tubes on 25–30 mm. |
| 4. A trunk main hose at first screw by hand, and then tighten with the moment 30–40 Н.м., not supposing перекручивания. |
| 5. Fill in in a tank of gasoline of 1 l and connect the battery to weight. |
| 6. Start the engine and be convinced of absence of leaks. |
