PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the carburettor.
2. Remove springs throttle заслонки.
3. Remove a hose of a cooling liquid and a spring throttle заслонки.
4. Remove the pneumoshock-absorber – drawing at the left (on а/м from a mechanical check point) or электропневмоклапан (on а/м from an automatic check point), having unhooked a rod.
5. On а/м from an automatic check point turn away screws, remove a drive of the proof-reader of idling and take aside (the proof-reader pressure from the battery is forbidden to check).
6. Remove a socket arm.
7. Disconnect a vacuum hose air заслонки.
8. Turn away 5 screws and remove a cover поплавковой chambers, slightly it having hooked.
9. Remove a float, get the needle valve and turn out a saddle.
10. A tiny screw-driver disconnect conclusions of the electromagnetic feedback-valve (FBSV-valve).
11. Remove a cover, turn away the screw (1) and remove the FBSV-valve (2 – conclusions).
12. Remove the holder and get electromagnetic отсечной the valve (SCSV-valve), not disconnecting wires.
13. A tiny screw-driver disconnect plugs of wires from the SCSV-valve and remove it.
14. Remove heads of rivets and remove a cover of a breaker air заслонки. Turn away the small screw in the bottom part of a cover.
15. Remove a lining, a bimetallic element and a plate.
16. Cautiously remove the rests of rivets.
17. Disconnect from a socket a conclusion of a bimetallic element.
18. Remove the ventilating valve, having paid attention on an arrangement of small springs of the valve.
19. Remove a cover of a drive air заслонки (arrows specify screws of fastening air заслонки).
20. Get a counterbalance and the ball valve запорного the valve.
21. Disconnect draught of the accelerating pump from the lever throttle заслонки.
22. Cautiously turn out the screw from the case throttle заслонки. Turn out the main jet.
23. Turn away screws and get details of the accelerating pump from the case.
24. Turn away 3 screws on a cover экономайзера and remove a cover, a spring and a diaphragm.
25. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the chamber of depression, disconnect a rod, turn away bolts and remove the chamber.
26. Remove the gauge of turn throttle заслонки (it is specified by an arrow).
27. Wash out channels of the carburettor solvent and blow compressed air.
28. Check up a condition of diaphragms, a float and the needle valve, freedom of moving of rods, draughts and levers. Check up operation of solenoidal valves and resistance of their windings (the FBSV-valve – 48–60 Ohm, the SCSV-valve – 54–66 Ohm, a bimetallic element – 6 Ohm at 20 ).
29. Check up the pneumoshock-absorber, having pulled for a rod, – resistance thus should be felt, at отпускании the rod quickly comes back back.
30. Press a rod of the chamber of depression and release, having closed a finger an aperture for отсоса air, – the rod should remain motionless.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the turn gauge заслонки, the depression chamber, collect and establish экономайзер, the accelerating pump. Establish запорный the valve, a cover of a breaker of a drive air заслонки, the ventilating valve. Turn the main jets.
2. Collect a socket of a bimetallic element. Establish an element upside-down, having replaced a lining and having combined labels. A cover fix rivets, to use screws it is not recommended.
3. Collect sockets FBSV - and SCSV-valves. Establish valves and collect the case заслонки and the case диффузора, having replaced a sealant and having screwed the screw.
4. Establish all details on a cover поплавковой chambers. Adjust float position.
5. Establish a cover поплавковой chambers, fix 5 screws. Establish a socket arm, the pneumoshock-absorber (or the pneumovalve), all springs, levers and draughts. Check up smoothness of moving of draughts.
6. Check up a backlash between throttle заслонкой and a wall диффузора, having laid a drill and having translated an idling cam in extreme top position. The backlash should be 0,63 mm on the engine of 2,0 l (from a mechanical check point), 0,71 mm on engines of 2,0 l (from an automatic check point), 0,71 mm on engines of 2,6 l (from a mechanical check point), 0,80 mm on engines of 2,6 l (from an automatic check point).
7. Check up a backlash between air заслонкой and a chamber wall at completely open throttle заслонке. For this purpose a finger close air заслонку and the lever open throttle заслонку. The backlash should be 2 mm. If necessary adjust подгибанием рычажка.

The prevention

This backlash after dismantling-assemblage to change should not and as a rule only is checked. Wrong adjustment of a backlash very strongly worsens road performance of the car at непрогретом the engine.


8. Replace a lining and establish the carburettor (subsection 8.1.2.1 see).
